I am overall happy with the place just watch your laundry.

Facility is relatively new so bed and equipment very new. Restaurant facilities superb.

They messed and almost damaged my clothes during laundry. I had to get refund for cash I paid. Secondly, I was charged 50% room rate for checking in at 8am. They have 2pm as their check in. The unprofessional conduct was I completed all processes before I was told this. I would have sat in the lobby.

I'll definately revisit

- quick replies communicating via mail - reliable shuttle service from airport, got the driver's number, he called as soon as I was going through immigration - very friendly and competent staff always prepared to help from the drivers, the guards, the reception, the restaurant and the house keeping - very spacious standard room - very clean - hotel safe functioning - functioning shower, good pressure, warm water at any time, best bathroom experience so far in Addis - NO LEAKAGE - I was in 2 diffrent rooms on 4th and 7th floor - good bargain for the price, very good, clean and modern accommodation - also good enough restaurant, if you want to eat at the hotel, small menue with a selection of European and Ethiopian dishes -I enjoyed my stay very much, thank you to the staff!

- there is noise from the neighbourhood during the nights, dogs barking - but I have had this problem everywhere in Addis during my mulitiple visits

Wonderful

The beds are super comfy, the rooms well equipped and bright, hot water and pressure under the shower, the staff is amazing, ... there is not much I didn't like about this place.

I beg your pardon? Maybe smaller and softer pillows but that's maybe me pushing the button. I slept very well without pillows.

The hotel team is very professional and services are perfect : rrception, facilities, etc. The hotel comfort.

The breakfast needs to be improved. There is much noise around the hotel. The hotel has not sufficient space for car parking and access to the hotel is problematic.

All round thumbs up! Will be back next time.

Great breakfast, excellent location, 7 minutes from the airport. Comfortable, clean, lovely staff and excellent value for money. Airport shuttle was just an added bonus. Definitely be back on my next trip!

WiFi was throttled and when some of what one does requires monitoring marketing efforts on Facebook and LinkedIn it was a bit frustrating. Would not stop me from going back though.

A nice place to stay in Addis.

I really like this hotel in Addis, the friendly people working there and the nice local character of the adjacent village. For those who don't like big hotel boxes and don't want to sleep along main roads, this is an excellent choice. The rooms have everything you need and the housekeeping is really excellent. It has been my second time here and I will definitely choose this place again. Just one suggestion: I personally prefer, if towels are not renewed every day and customers can choose when they want fresh ones, for reasons of environmental protection.

Very Good

Excellent WiFi. Bole is only 10 minutes away by taxi. Comfortable and clean room. Currency exchange is possible at the reception.

Outside noise at night. Only one elevator; taking stairs is a good exercise though.

Comfortable, safe and nice views

Staff, room is modern and very nice. Location was great for us. Friendly staff and security on property.

Everything was great with the exception of the food was cold. Room service food always comes cold because they take it without cover and the kitchen is on groin Floor. We also saw small cockroaches in the room. We told the staff and they said they will improve these issues. Overall it’s a very comfortable hotel and the staff is amazing. Friendly and helpful. I recommend it
